Always thought Sanji v King was a possibility albeit a slim one as it was always gonna be dependent on the circumstances with Zoro but the fight in itself never really had that much appeal for me. For one their abilities are too similar (both are pretty good in the air and also use fire ^^". I mean King is the Calamity of Conflagration which I'd assume is his strongest asset and Sanji is resistant to fire ^^" and I'd reckon King is somewhat resistant to fire as well so I fail to see what the point is). Not to mention that King & Queen have similar portrayal even if King is somewhat stronger, so his strength isn't really a point of appeal either). On the other hand you have Queen who uses lethal plagues and is the biggest of the dinos (so most likely the tankiest). Clear as day who Sanji would have a harder time against so Sanji v Queen was always a no brainer for me. Add the Queen/Judge connection to the story line and it's a wrap. Don't really care about Queen having a cuul design or not all that matters to me are his abilities and what kinda challenges they will present for Sanji
If the issue is wanting Sanji to have a dope fight against a flyer, then there is the option in Laffite of the BB Pirates who doesn't use fire and has an opposing theme to Sanji's.
