sanjis backstory is an allusion to the the french tale man in the iron mask where someone who was said to be the twin of the sun king ( born in st germain the name of the flag ship of germa) was imprisoned with an iron mask

If Sanji had a Gorosei fight, it's not fixed at all which one he'll go for (as the case with his BBP matchup).

- Saturn is connected via the Science & Defense theme, Sanji's power. Also fitting his fear of spider.
- Mars is connected via the flying archetype, same with Sanji's theme.
- Nasujuro for his speed & CoO showcase, plus ice vs fire, plus Venus being God of Love.
- Jupiter for the classic theory of blonde.
- Warcury for having fire powers & Defense oriented powers.

So, while I can see Mars as the one, Nasujuro is more probable IMHO.

If Sanji had a Gorosei fight, it's not fixed at all which one he'll go for (as the case with his BBP matchup).

well mr morj has a theory that sanji fights nusjuro and zoro fights marcus mars basically swiching who you would expect them to fight (with their opponents reflecting their rivalry ( zoro fighting the flier while sanji fights the swordsman)

and bring up sanjis connections to the planet venus named after the god of love

Zoro's "sword fight" is better focused on Mihawk for endgame. So his Gorosei fight should not be Nasujuro.

If anything, to showcase the attack power of Zoro, him damaging Topman (which Luffy have trouble even with Red Roc that damages Kaido) is a fitting matchup.

It also acts as a confirmation that Zoro can easily damage Kaido.

Luffy's crew vs Holy Knights I can understand since they're really nobodies in the grand scheme of things of OP-verse. They don't command the Marines like the Admirals and they don't lead the WG like the Gorosei.

But Luffy's crew vs the other two groups, though?

Maybe if the Gorosei turn out to be fraudulent hax merchants then yeah sure, otherwise I really don't see how any of the SHs can beat a gorosei (~yonko lvl) in a convincing fight. I can already see the asspulls coming for Zoro, Jinbe and Sanji. Admirals or Holy knights seems more likely.

You just answered it yourself. Luffy's peers and allies will be there, too. Law, Kidd, Momoron, Bonney, Dragon, Sabo, Yamato, and Koby, just to name a few. That's not even counting an ancient weapon like Shirahoshi or maybe even Joy Boy's allies like Zunesha or the Giant Robot. Lolda literally has given Luffy enough peers and allies to take on Imu, the Admirals, and the Gorosei without his crew's involvement.
