Let me explain. We have the comic... There is some hero named Sora who obviously had some suit as well. Further more his mom was Sora... So there for sure is a connection.

Currently Sanji and his team are in some weapon lab... So what if there is the OG suit of Sora stored? Sanji will find it and because of genetic connection through his mother named Sora will be able to activate it?

With it the worst enemy of the Vinsmokes will appear while still having their genetic enhancement as well.

If it is exist, The suit is used by the one who abduct Vegapunk & CP. While he can't be detected by VP satelit tools.

Me personally, Sanji character is better without Suit.

Unlike Sanji who got a boost to every stat with his genes, Luffy's Power Ups just increased his AP.

And yeah, Luffy without his Gear 5 or awakening aint defeating top tiers, yet still being able to fight them. Unlike Sanji, who without his genes, barely could give a fight to Queen.
