I think if Gaban has an element technique, it's going to be lightning/electricity based, and quite possibly a nod to Marvel Thor's Stormbreaker in keeping with the Norse theme of Elbaph.

Sanji's associated mostly with fire, but now also lightning/electricity due to Ifrit.

As it happens, Loki is also associated with fire and lightning, and like Sanji, he also appears to be on the verge of some kind of inner transformation.

Do you think he yet used his element technique?
Or do he gonna show it later when it come against Imu and co? How he should be able to created lightning?

My current opinion is that this lightning is Sanji's CoA that became stronger. When he says "the armament haki i've developed" when he uses IJ for the first time i believe

And it mirrors a little bit how it is going to look like once he awakens Conqueror's and mixes it with his flames

But no characters so far iirc has CoA Haki sparks from the user, only on impact. So it's likely the lightning from the fire, to differentiate DJ & IJ fire.

I don't think he has shown it yet.

The lightning is from Ifrit, it's a flame so hot is sparks with electricity.

Sanji needed his exoskeleton and CoA to be able to withstand the heat of it in 1033, and he since seemingly mastered Ifrit to the pointappears analogous to G4 for him, though he's obviously not as powerful as Luffy.

I had a similar idea. Sanji is obviously not getting CoC (Why even attempt to parallel him with Gaban then, Oda?), but he needs some way of dealing with the regen, so why not flames so hot that they interfere with it?

Oda has deliberately kept the nature of Sanji's flames secret and hinted at both in the manga and the SBS, as recent ch 1023 and SBS 105.

Swirls have some kind of meaning that have yet to be revealed, but I find it interesting Luffy's DF and GF have swirl patterns also. As does the Mother Flame. Oda's answer in SBS 7 is interesting at the very least.

I think Sanji's flames and his supposed passion by them have always been the product of the Power of Love, an ability owing to innate kindness and love for others.

I think the path to Sanji realising his full potential - whether that means unlocking Conqueror's Haki or not - has taken so long because he had lessons to learn about directing some of that love and kindness inwards.

Baratie is a masterclass introduction to Sanji and lays bare the part of him that doesn't value his own life much.

Sommers appears designed to be Sanji's ideological enemy in love. His power leverages the strength of emotions against his victims. I think he will force Sanji to evolve, and hopefully that comes with some clarity on the Power of Love, which hasn't been confirmed as distinct from at least "regular" Haki as far back as in SBS 62 re ch 431.
