Speculations Sanji will lose his Germa Genes

#21
If he loses his powers he goes back to being weaker than Pica, Daifuko and Oven who are even weaker than F6 which means he goes back to being weaker than the mid trio or on their level and out of M3 for good

Stop pretending like he's not losing all his germa powers, he willingly decided to destroy the suit and not wear it anymore, so his powers will now slowly dissapear over time. That's what he wants, to go back to being a normal human and not a "monster" like his siblings.
Sanji will lose his powers, most probably defeat Queen as a "normal" human, and reach YC2 off his own skill and not by relying on the one person he most hates to carry him, which is what everyone should want.
If you want him to keep his powers, and you call yourself a Sanji fan, you actually don't want the same thing he wants.
This is the lamest take I have seen. Sanji already destroyed the germa suit to show that he will never belong the to germa. Yes sanji doesn’t want to be a monster like his siblings. But what sanji means as monster is someone without emotions. That was the main reason was sora was against judges experiments was the loss of emotions not the physical augmentations. If he is able to conquer that aspect without losing his abilities then there should be no issue.

I really hate these fucking snowflakes.

"Hurr durr bad thing for character happens, got erase it all or character is dead".

Life is not always about what we "want". There are much more things that we can't control than the other way around. And these things often brings challenges. Sometimes you need to compromise things you believe in order to move forward. Sometimes you can work around them, etc. Life is an extremely complex phenomenon with endless possibilities.

The character says: using the raid suit awakened my modifications. no way around it, but I refuse to lose any more grasp".
The character understand that he can't revert the awakening, and now needs to deal with his new reality. That is an INFINITELY more interesting proposition than:
"hurr durr Sanji needs to go on quest to revert back the modifications because human hurr durr."
"Bu- bu- but the character doesnt want the modifications".

Pretty sure Luffy didn't want Ace to die.
Pretty sure Nami didn't want her mother shot in front of her.
Pretty sure Brook didn't want to get stuck for decades on a drifting ship surrounded by the bodies of his companions.
Pretty sure Zoro didn't want to lose to Mihawk at the Baratie.
Pretty sure Sanji didn't want the modifications.
Etc.

All of these characters face events that they don't wish to happen.
Doesn't mean they are trying to find a way to travel back to the past to revert everything like every single "shit goes wrong" time travel plot ever.

Fucking snowflake can't handle a simple power up because apparently he wants Sanji to solo the entire universe with his eyes closed, with just one leg, blindfolded, while an infant.

And, to top it all, this person has the fucking AUDACITY to say some BS like "IF YOU'RE A SANJI FAN, YOU REALLY ARE NOT". Buddy, who the fuck do you think you are to say what I am or what I like. or anyone else?
Enjoy or criticize the story. Throw your opinions out there. Say you don't like something because reasons. But if your take is trying to determine what people should or shouldn't like, then better keep things to yourself.

hurr durr "his own skill".
I have news for you buddy.
No a single SH got strong "on their own". They had teachers, guidance, etc. All of these things are external factors that contribute to the character's growth. Whether it is a master teaching you swordsmanship, someone teaching you Haki, or some mad scientist modifying you at birth.
This was very well said. You analyze the story very well.

Sanji losing his alr awakened germa powers is like Luffy suddenly losing his gomu gomu powers.
I'd rather see Sanji accepting the present and working to live with his modifications (progressing foward) than seeing him stuck in the past spending most of his time reverting something that's impossible.

I feel like Oda won't allow him to lose his genes, currently it's the only thing that can make him hope to surpass Yamato eventually lmao.

Then what was the point of this subplot anyways?

Also, sanji seemingly accepted his gene powers, its just the emotionless part that he has issue with
