i don't think its impossible for sanji to get it to me sanji getting it makes narrative sense his father did everything in his power to make his kids emotionless yet sanji is the one that still retained everything i personally see it as the biggest f u to judge if the son he considered a failure not only surpasses his brothers and him but is a conqueror as well and for me rayleighs words ring true for sanji as well most people that have made a name for themselves have it and as much as many fans take sanjis words in thriller bark as a joke he did say he would be a huge threat to the world government this to me is making a name for himself plus he is a germa prince and potential future ruler if oda goes that route now as far as how oda will make it happen i'm not to sure but if its one thing i can give sanji is his will to not hit a woman its concrete and has not faltered he has very strong belief in this all throughout the story and even if his ambitions are not as great as luffy/zoro its still his own ambition and could lead to it happening heck look at katakuri who ambition was to protect his fam or yamato who just wants to break the chains and be free these arent super stong ambitions yet they have coc so for me i'm not counting out sanji yet but either way if he does or does not get it i won't riot lol these are just my opinions

If you look at it, almost every CoC user has shown kingly ambitions
Sanji is literally the opposite of those characters. He was a prince and he literally ran away from it. Not like Oden who just temporarily left. Sanji outright abdicated his position as prince of germa.
He doesn't want to be the king of anything, he doesn't want to be the greatest at anything. The only reason he is strong is because he wants to help Luffy achieve his dreams, which is completely different from zoro who would have become one of the strongest(assuming helmeppo didn't kill him) even if he never met Luffy. To put it bluntly, Sanji is a follower.
His dreams have nothing to do with his strength and his strength is the direct result of him being a follower. Can the same be said for Zoro? Ace? Oden? Katakuri?
- Luffy= wants to be pirate king
- Zoro= wants to be WSSM
- Kid= wants to be pirate king
- Yonko= literally rule over their own empires
- Oden=ruled over kuri and would have become shogun if not for orochi and kaido
- Yamato=literally identifies as oden(who was a daimyo)
- Hancock= queen of amazon lily
- doffy= king of dressrosa
- Sengoku= leader of the navy
- rayleigh= dark king
- Ace= wanted to be the strongest
- Katakuri= major hints that he is going to become captain of the bmp, he is already minister of his own island
- chinajo= leader of happo navy

IMO it's not that Sanji "can't" have it, but it's more that his character does not fall in line with it nearly as much as the majority of characters who DO have it, PLUS he doesn't need it
Throughout the series, it's been described that people who possess the "qualities of a king" are those with unwavering will, those who can impose their will on others, those with "kingly" aspirations/ambitions, etc. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say Zoro and Luffy are the legitimate embodiments of these traits. Zoro's also had a plethora of moments throughout the series where his conqueror's haki was hinted at
With Sanji, he doesn't share these traits. At the very least, those traits aren't fundamental to his character like they are with Luffy & Zoro. In fact, if you compare Zoro's introduction to Sanji's, Zoro's involves a verbal and physical demonstration of his willpower/ambition while Sanji's involves him questioning that very same mentality that makes Zoro a "king."
After the reveal of ACoC, it seems clear that both Luffy & Zoro need it to achieve their goals. The reason it's easy to claim some Haoshoku users don't have kingly ambitions is because their characters and backgrounds are way less fleshed-out and much more ambiguous than those of the straw-hats.
Side characters whose backgrounds are fleshed out make it clear why they have conqueror's haki, such as Doflamingo, Ace, etc.
This arc also seems to make it clear that Luffy & Zoro's PUs and strengths are very haki-focused, while Sanji seems to be more focused on his flames + physical stats with haki more as a side skillset. Not saying he won't improve his haki more or even get FS, but ACoC is not something casual

It could be the climax of Sanji/Judge storyline.
Judge is hyper focused on getting Germa back to their status when they took over the north blue. Ancestors definitely CoC users.
Judge destroyed his family in pursuit of that goal. Made his children monsters. Theirs an irony to his failure becoming exactly what he wanted.
Also in Judges first scene with Sanji there’s a comment that he’s surprised Sanji can even use Haki. Sanji getting Coc would connect back to that nicely

Will Oda give it to him? If he wants to, but I again I doubt he will.
Whitebeard wanted a family and he got CoC. Whitebeard was a powerful pirate amongst powerful pirates, who was known as the strongest man and a rival to the pirate King. It is not surprising that he got CoC and him wanting a family, most likely because he was an orphan, doesn't change that. Him and Sanji are not comparable at all.
Sanji is a prince. Sanji was a weak Prince that was banished...it means nothing. Stelli is a king and Vivi is a princess 🤷🏾♂️.
All Blue has never even found, unlike the One Piece, so it's a much harder dream. How does anyone know All Blue exists? Somebody found it lol, otherwise there wouldn't be a hunt for it. Millions of pirates want to find the One Piece and Millions of pirates don't have CoC...so again no correlation.
Zoro got CoC and Sanji is a wing like him so he should to. I'm actually glad that sanji stans are finally admitting to riding the coat tails of Zoro, it was very much known. But anyways Zoro has been hinted at and was the first to use 2 forms of Haki, CoC and CoA, before anyone is the crew. He also wants to be the WWS an ambition only held by 2 other people, so again a dream were Zoro needs to fight and beat powerful people to achieve =/= finding some fish, get real people.
