Two characters being significantly stronger than HKs doesn't mean said characters are equal. With that logic, you might as well put Sanji on Loki/G5 Luffy's level.

Im talking about Super Sommers and Killingham, who so far have not been set apart by a gap in power by any means, Gunko, Super Sommers and Killingham are HKs and thats it. And to make it worse, they are showing the usual Zoro and Sanji opponents dynamic. So if old Gaban and Sanji deal with one of them around the same dificulty then its not crazy to say they look comparable

As i said before, it seems Killingham without his dream demons wont be that much of a problem (thus considerably weaker than Super Sommers who doesn't rely on such thing). So Killingham's strength might be heavily influenced by his sleptids (which would kinda explain why Sanji bodied him so easily)

What are you talking about, lmao. Franky did indeed break off a Vice Admiral. Which I thought was feasible after Barto did the same, but at least back then it could be written off as an exceptionally weak one.

Anyway, while I thought saying Sanji wouldn't get an opponent would be a stretch, you can't be an "anything can happen" guy and call out someone who made a specific prediction. You yourself didn't have anything to stand on and saying that the crew would do an Oars type fight is technically agreeing that Sanji wouldn't get a 1v1

We're talking about a neg diff here, any character stronger than Sanji can neg diff characters he neg diffs, matchup issues aside. G5 Luffy neg diffed Super Sommers too (I meant pre-Super, that's TAC's doing). It makes no sense to say Sanji is Gaban level just based on that. You're basically saying Sanji is comparable to any character who can deal with Killingham or Super Sommers (not Super) that easily. Surely you can see why this doesn't hold water.

It's always best when Sanji gets a full 1v1. We haven't gotten many post-timeskip due to the length of arcs and crew splittling, plus Sanji just not needing ones in arcs where other crew allies are present, but Wano was good for getting things back on track. Egghead made up for it with enough clashes, so Sanji getting a proper 1v1 in Elbaph is nice. With so many factions to face, I expect quite a few more important match-ups for Sanji's future, but right now, Killingham's great for current Sanji.
