The thing that's crazy is we have a direct comparison of how fucking hard Sanji kicked Queen. In the Brachiosaurhiss chapter, he hit him with a Bien Cuit that sent him sliding back a few meters. A few chapters before that, he kicked Queen hard enough to send him flying a little way into Perospero. Before that we saw that Big Mom had to wind up to throw Queen into the side of the cliff. She had amnesia, but this was a feat of raw strength, and not Haki or her Devil fruit. That means that Ifrit Jambe had to be several orders of magnitude harder than all of that.
