The more I think about it, the more unlikely it seems to me that Sanji will 1v1 Queen. Sanji is a guy who has never had a single all out fight post-skip, and yet he's supposed to beat a YC2 1v1? It just doesn't make sense to me. Now I won't discount the possibility of Sanji beating Queen, however given that Queen is so strong that his bounty is 400 mil higher than his big mom pirate counterpart, it is undeniable that Sanji cannot beat Queen 1v1.
Case in point is his clash against the other tobi roppo. Page was at least a mid diff fight for him if not more. If it were anything less then sanji actually would have defeated him. Sanji was also getting pushed into a corner by Drake's full dinosaur form, meaning that he would need to use his raid suit at the very least if he even hoped at matching hybrid drake.
the issue is that there are simply so many characters who could be stronger than both drake and page that they would probably make much better fights for sanji than Queen. Again not saying that Sanji vs Queen won't happen, its just that if it does happen it would probably be more like Sanji and Killer vs Queen than a real 1v1.
At the very least there seem to be 3 tobi roppo who are above Drake and Page. This is shown by the fact that if you look at this panel, the ones with the outline of Drake and Page are towards the end of the line.
Then there are the numbers, who are portrayed as very powerful with them being enough to stall Neko and Inu 20 years ago.
And finally you have Kaido jr who is a total wildcard. While Kaido jr could simply be another Helmeppo type character, If he is strong, he would likely fall into the YC4 range, which would make him perfect for Sanji.
Overall, however, when you look at how Sanji did against Page and Drake, I think its painfully obvious that he is a much better fit to fight the leader of the tobi roppo or the strongest Number, or even Kaido jr(if he is strong) rather than Queen. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with this as most of the supernova aren't even strong enough to 1v1 Queen. Sanji was always portrayed as on par with the lesser supernova in terms of strength and I don't think it makes sense for him to just shoot above his peers in wano.
Its also important to note that since Luffy vs Kaido likely won't be a true 1v1, neither should Sanji vs Queen. he will most likely beat Queen with help if they even fight at all.
