Name one decent opponent that Sanji has defeated since TS, without having to use his RS and judge's gene modification.
You can't, because there hasn't be one.
Sanji's TS training is so poor that Oda decides to gift him an instant PU instead.

Not unearned but sort of rushed and his "conflicted feelings" weren't expanded upon so you're just there accepting what just happened.
It's like how some people felt about Zoro trading for Enma and Nami with Zeus.
The upgrades themselves are fine on paper, but the execution to make all those upgrades feel natural or "earned" wasn't done properly.
That's what happens when you sideline other characters that aren't Luffy.

Ofc he deserve it, how many chapters we get since the timeskip and how much powerups Sanji get during all these chapters?
Nothing!! And we speak her about a gap of 400chapters where Sanji didn´t get any powerup!!
Show me a other manga where a maincast member not get a single powerup in fucking 400chapters?
Can you imagine Sasuke not getting any powerup during 400chapters? Hell even Sakura and Kakashi get multiple powerups.
I don´t know any manga who let his maincast member wait so long until he get his another powerup.
Yeah you can dislike the meaning about his powerup, I can understand this part, but overall Sanji need a powerup and im glad he get it.
And if you look at the past 400 chapters, a haki powerup in same way as Luffy get or Zoro, wouldn´t make sense for Sanji, his forte was build up around his modified power.
Oda show how he crack his Leg against Vergo.
How he didn´t had much power or durability against Doffy, how he lose to Judge(even though of a cheat way).
Oda case since PH was to upgrade overall Sanji body before starting with adv haki versions.
Im pretty sure the adv haki are the key later for beating a Admiral.
For now Sanji awake his own needed powerup, later he can add Advanced CoO+CoA and perhaps even adv CoC.
As I said the way and which powerup he get and why people dislike it, I can understand it.
People who wanted a other powerup, I can understand it.
But he for sure at least deserve finally a powerup which happen last chapter.

the 2 faction that are complaining are
- afraid / angry that sanji is taking the spotlight along a break week
- stupid because they think sanji is strong enough to stand side-by-side as the wing without any training.
What will Sanji next power up be 
I agree. Rankyakus + DJ, I hope. Sanji lacks ranged attacks. His legs are used for movement on the ground and in the air, attacks, blocks... if he could fly and spam powerful rankyakus, he'd be dangerous. Jimbe destroyed Who's Who, but his rankyakus (or shigans?) were strong enough to bypass Jimbe's COA. If only Sanji could spam those...
