But he's a CoO specialist so he can't focus on his CoA. The only realistic CoA upgrade I can think of for him is the ability to project his haki, the "deflective" form of CoA, but even that isn't guaranteed. Internal destruction is off the table.
That would be already great if he could use full body hardening on top of the exoskeleton but most of his haki improvement should be CoO related.

Sanji just showing off visible armament haki would be nice and I think him using that in conjunction with moves like Anti-Manner Kick Course and other attacks would do major damage to Queen. Not sure if an armament haki bloom is necessary but it would definitely help, having Sanji improve what he's lacking. Personally, I'd prefer and love to see an Observation haki improvement since that's what Sanji specializes in and seeing him improve it would be nice.
In regards to Diable Jambe, Sanji's attacks are linked to his passion, especially so with Hell's Memories, and the longer the fight proceeds the more we'll see from Sanji. Maybe he has a few attacks in his arsenal that he hasn't shown yet and I expect he'll bring out a new one to finish off Queen.
Sanji's already capitalising on being faster than Queen to land attacks and with him disappearing last chapter, we'll continue seeing him use the advantages he has over Queen to his advantage. if Queen tries to use viruses, specifically the Ice Oni, we'll see Sanji counter or evade those (with the Ice Oni being slowed down by fire).
If Sanji has Lunarian genes, this fight would be a good time to showcase that and explore them. King being mentioned in Sanji's fight, Sanji showing interest in King and Queen bringing up how Sanji using fire makes Queen think of Lunarians (since he's only seen Lunarians utilizing fire like that and not regular humans) so maybe.

Oh, no. He's definitely used it before and he probably used it in all 3 of those encounters but I was referring to the hardening where the armament haki is visible. Perhaps it's not necessarily stronger than the invisible one but I'd like to see Sanji utilize armament haki more often and that it'd be nice to see it since it's kinda unclear when he's using it (unless he's just constantly using it and there's no difference).
