I don't know but i'm thinking that the raid suit that was given to Sanji is a training suit that was prepared for all the Vinsmokes children when they were still young or in their teens cause Sanji always had a yellow shirt and yet his raid suit is black with the number 3 still yellow.. Its reversed just like his eyebrows

He will presumably unlock something granting him more AP since that doesn't seem to constitute his forte now that his defence is doing better with the suit and he cannot boost his haki all of a sudden unless he unlocked CoC which is improbable to my advice. Maybe a new empowered version of DJ since it was mentioned or something of different fabric.
Sanjis flames end up connected to his mother and as such Sanji has an emotional awakening towards having his mother’s light by his side all this time. (Similar to Gaara in the 4th great ninja war)
This emotional awakening triggers a bright white flame throughout his body and he gets a new attack that combines full body armament and Diable Jambe into a full body DJ form (Diable Ange).
Along with this he awakens a deeper ability with CoO. With emotions being a strong connection to Observaiton Haki I can see an Observation Haki where Sanji gains the ability to read peoples minds and he uses this as a way to misdirect an enemy and get fully around their guard.

I kinda see it differently. Oda is showing us what Sanjis power up it, but he’s doing it in a way to keep it hidden.
Luffys power up of “Ryou” was upgraded into the power of CoC coating and flowing.
Zoros power up of “Enma” is going to be upgraded into a black blade and a CoA boost
Sanjis power of “Raid Suit” will probably be upgraded to armor he creates himself out of his flames and a CoO boost.

I know DJ is related with emotion, but based on what we've saw CoO boost comes with a hard fight(like Luffy's x Katakuri).
Like i said, if queen use some type of virus i can see he getting pretty fast.
And we can't count with M3 x Kaido. This is pure speculation and Sanji has more build up with Big Mom than Kaido himself(the only possibility it's if Oda is going to use the "wings stuff" and put him and Zoro to help Luffy, which i doubt). Let's see what happens.
