Indeed Pizarro fits Brook much more, I really don't feel like Sanji will take on him. Just like Burgess should fit Franky more. The problem with Burgess v Franky is however that I feel Burgess may become too strong for Franky if he eats Jozu's DF.

Actually he said fighting Apoo because he needed to get to the roof but cutting diamond is a different case. Diamond is precious and to be protected.
Shiryu vs Sanji seems way less interesting Zoro vs Shiryu.

I mean Latiffe fits Sanji very well too , but i just wanna see how Zoro cuts diamond.He said its such a waste of time but it doesnt mean that he wont do that.
If Burgess eats that DF then Zoro vs Burgess , if not Zoro vs Shiryu and Sanji vs Latiffe.
But he has to be a stronger as a captain of first ship.Sabo literally destroyed him in dressrosa. In the end of the series Sanji will be very stronger and Burgess is not a match for him as you said.

That's just the classic puch line Zoro drops after he wins the fight, same happened with Kaku "Paulie told me to to tell you: you're fired" and other occasions
Imo if Burgess will really eat Jozu's fruit, he'll see the cutting diamond as a challenge
But until this is confirmed I stay with Zoro vs Shiryu

I agree on Sanj Juan Wolf. I have no idea who else could fight him. We already saw how Jimbei what Jimbei could do against Wadatsumi. It'd be the same but to a much larger and stronger opponent.
