And I wish those secret recipes we're mentioned somehow, not just forgotten as a "whatever, not that important anyways"...

The weird thing is, he used to be cool. Gag characters usually are clearly for lulz since the beginning (say, Kon in Bleach or arguably Buggy in OP), why the change 😭😭😭

Brook is also a perv, but not that obnoxious compared to Sanji. Really, it used to be there, but not over the top. Now Sanji just makes me cringe every time I see him in his pervy mode.

Eh, at least we have Sanji's food wars, where he looks cool...

Brook hardly ever gets screen time, you could practically call him irrelevant ngl.

Sanji is fine he gets more attention and character moments than most characters. And I highly doubt Sanji is your favorite character at this point, but good luck.

I like Sanji. I hate what Oda does to him. But yeah, you're right, he does get quite a bit of screentime. I guess I expect Oda to showcase more of Sanji's intellectual side and exceptional use of CoO (I really feel like Sanji should have been the one to master CoO as Katakuri did, not Luffy, but Luffy is the golden boi of this manga and he gets everything and more). Instead I get panels of Sanji being an extreme perv or crying and asking Robin to save him. Mind that I like the concept of Sanji asking for help, it's a great contrast compared to him rejecting the crew and sacrifiing himself on WCI, but the execution was cringe worthy. So I want cool mind games playing Sanji back, and his perv side being toned down (thank gods it's at least not FI level of perviness)

I'm just kinda deprived as my irl friends are not into manga and this 1-month break is killing me 😭
I also commented on next nakama thread ;)
As for Sanji, I'm just bitter. Sorry if it came out the wrong way 🤷

Edit: I also don't hate Oda, I wouldn't be reading his manga if I did:) I just really really wish there would be more cool Sanji moments...
