Recently, we seen that Bonney stabbed Saturn in the chest.

I believe what makes the most sense is Bonney has delivered a mortal wound to Saturn. He is going to die, now. He may keel over in 2-3 panels of the next chapter as he was probably stabbed in an arterial valve connecting to his heart.
He certainly will not avoid taking damage in any way shape or form. He will not heal, either.
The best thing that could happen is Saturn dies and then BB pirates come and take his body, but instead of stealing his fruit while he's dying or using him in a negotiation with the World Government, the BB pirates will make him their new leader replacing Blackbeard. They will show his dead body making videos about what the BB pirates want, but he will be a lifeless corpse being animated by Lafitte (Lafitte will use his feet to do this.)
In order to make the transition to leader of the BB pirates make sense, they will dye Saturn's moustache BLACK. And from then on they will be known as the Black Moustache pirates.
