I don’t that’s his DF. I think that could be the effect of immortality surgery. That’s why Doffy wanted it so badly. Immortality surgery would have made him like the Gorosei.

I think Imu and the gorosei all have this power and it makes them near unkillable.

I can also see Imu being special in that he has multiple layers of immortality. Hence Imu is a god even above the Gorosei.

Probably just devil fruit. Cause it’s not just healing the pool of blood outright disappeared and Saturn himself said he wanted to be stabbed so it’s probably connected to his power.
