And so what? Vegapunk is the most intelligent scientist in One Piece and has practically infinite knowledge thanks to his devil fruit, he'd outsmart Judge, Caesar, Saturn and Queen all combined, that doesn't make Saturn fraudulent.
It would be like if Imu sleep diffed all three Admirals at once, does that make them fraudulent? No it means Imu is just that guy.
