Sanji is the most interesting character-wise.
Smart.
Kind.
Mad cooking skills.
Unique fighting style.
Not to mention he looks hot in all those suits he wears.

Only other character that uses legs as a fighting style that I can think of is Shinra Kusakabe from Fire Force.

Honorable Mention: Might Guy. I know he punched too, but he had 1 kick (I think you know ) that gets him considered.
