But 200k seems extremely exaggerated. Info war obviously.
What do you mean? That was literally the numbers of the Taigen army. Literally the army was split into 4 different 50k man armies lead by 4 different generals, with all those generals reporting to Souhaku.
Souhaku was literally entrusted with generals as his subordinates while in charge of an army of 200k men. That’s not standard portrayal for a general lmfao. When Shin first became a general, he lead like 15k lol.
Souhakou, his commanders and soldiers were showing their incompetence, unexperience and pathetic behaviour even before being easily ambushed and humiliated. "Choupagang" or Souhakou was his own and worst enemy
Howso? The only incompetence Souhaku showed was that he got caught inside of Riboku’s planning. Which congratulations, Houken’s generals also got bodied by Ouki (and Moubu really.)
Ouki described Fuuki as “extremely brilliant.” Fuuki got killed on day one of Bayou by one of Ouki’s schemes.
Shoumou got one shot in overwhelming fashion.
Kousonryuu and Rihaku got utterly pulverized by Moubu in the center for two days straight. When Moubu was leading an army of tired old men and young boys.
Tou also casually stomped Chousou.
Standard generals (IE Souhaku and the Bayou generals) never stood a chance against GG caliber commanders. How does Souhaku lose points for getting clocked by Riboku lol?
And Heavenly King level generals have a history of bodying standard generals too. Rinko landing a blow on Ouki was directly contrasted with Shoumou getting one shot. And Kansaro is closer to Rinko in portrayal than he is to Shoumou. Shoumou couldn’t defeat Rinbou or Doukin, all of Shibashou’s generals have superior feats to that lol.
