It confirms a few obvious points

• Zoro is not stronger that Luffy
• Zoro is stronger than Sanji
• Zoro is not the Vice captain since that role doesnt exist for the strawhats

Oda never needed to confirm this but I guess for those that disregard the obvious and wank based off headcannon then in that case it was needed.

So this just means what we all know, which is Zoro >> Sanji. Otherwise instead of this...
