both scopper and rayleigh appeared in chapter 19
but rayleigh's introduction was chapter 500

The whole point of that wheel is that it cannot be removed
that's like healing shank's scar- that's shiki's trait design.

Shiki has no business with Crocus.

Don't you think that Scopper debuting in the same fashion as Rayleigh you know 500 chapters mark + on a fucking war would ruin the power system a little?

I mean for me this will hype Roger Pirates over the fucking moon if Scopper gets the same treatment as Rayleigh did.

I mean I don't mind the hype for Roger's crew but It would feel a bit too op xD.
