fwiw i think liyue characters or adepti are bad here

xiao is liyu, lumine appeared in liyu

we have to find zhongli and ganyu

i think tobi might be zhongli so could be bad

other than those chongyun and ninnuang are also liyu characters, but they r kinda side characters

in one of the story quests, the other twin (lumine or aether depending on who ur not playing) is leading the abyss order which is like an evil organization so based on that, probably one twin is good and the other is scum.
