No, you're right, I had misread it. I did goof, but not in terms of action resolution. I was just too stupid to read the Cryo ability properly.

Tier 1 has special self-interaction rules for resolving when one such Night Action would affect another. First, a self-targeting Tier 1 Night Action always resolves before all other Night Actions.

Eh, Rotaretilbo played Mafia from like 2006, and was involved in the creation of several constructs and roles that are commonly used in forum Mafia now. In other words, he is literally an authority on this stuff. There's a reason I default to asking him questions regarding role terminology and such - everything I know about Mafia came from him.
