I mean it's a pretty scummy position to hold. Like I outlined there is little sense in Kvothe as scum vouching for scum buddy Fuji right here with us assuming multiple scum factions. So you can put it to the side and not focus on it for now while we look elsewhere, keeping the current information in mind. You wouldn't need to "be certain" if you'd spent some time to think about this, which is why it comes across as you not being interested in solving the game, but rather you wanting a lynch.
