The confrontation between Kidd and Apoo on the Live Floor was there to briefly show who's boss between the two, but also to aknowledge how Apoo's action were all about business.
Hawkins, on the other hand, took it really personal and it shows in how he behaved in battle (vs Killer) and how he tried to stop Kidd & Killer in the first place.
