If Oda wanted Kuma dead, he would have done so in Egghead.
But instead of letting him receive any mortal wounds from Akainu or dying in one last sacrifice protecting Bonney , he lived and is now in an entirely recoverable state.

Kuma isn't dying, unfortunately.
Egghead was the place to narratively bring his misery to its apex. Now the momentum has gone. He got his happy ending: met Nika, reunited with his daughter. Lilith even announced that she can fix him. The Paw Paw ain't going anywhere.

With the way Garling and Shamrock show distain for the world outside of Marie Geoise and it's inhabitants I highly doubt that they would "lower" themselves to sleeping with regular humans. Let alone someone who they consider "sub-human" as a slave. I know people love this Bonney is related to Shanks theory but Oda has a lot of character who look similar (mostly female characters) that are not related in any way. I will be very surprised if it is revealed that Shamrock is her father as it would pretty much go against the Figarland's way of thinking and what we have been shown so far about Shamrock's character.

It's possible. Kuma does not serve much of a role now and is "dead". Shamrock killing him officially would bring more drama to this Elbaf arc.
