Speculations Shanks and Buggy will go to Raftel as well

in the last chapter Shanks stated that he and Buggy will go to Raftel later in their own ship , now Buffy lost his position i can see him join Buggy and they really go Raftel with Luffy if they survive .

Then Mihawk should join Shanks too, I don't see what ex-Shichibukai can do to be irrelevant at this point. It's necessary to add both Buggy and Mihawk into the story since they can't do anything in the new world without joining to the Yonko.
