Character Discussion Shanks and Mihawk

There is a theory that Imu is related to Mihawk. if Imu is related to Mihawk this could build on the shanks and Mihawk rivalry could’ve started when they were children. Both would be relatives of celestial dragon/wg figures meaning they might have grown up together and fought together, like a parallel of Zoro and Kuina. Then something happened causing Mihawk and Shanks to separate, possibly garling and Imu leaving their sons on God Valley but Shanks and Mihawk were dropped on different sides of the island but shanks was found, Mihawk wasn’t. As the time went by Mihawk could have rebuilt God Valley into his island and built up his status over the years, possibly meeting up with shanks and clashing with him but never truly connecting the dots between their childhood

(this has hardly any evidence I just thought of this while looking at another thing on this. Just wanna see some thoughts)

My headcanon says that Shanks & Mihawk meeting was opposite of Luffy & Zoro's,
Meaning Shanks got himself captured by Marines, who happened to be targeted by Mihawk during his Marine Hunting Days,
Mihawk ended up saving Shanks only so He can Fight him, which started both their Friendship and Rivalry
