We've seen that even when 3 billion Kid arrived on Shanks's island, Shanks is still asking about BB instead of focusing on 3 billion Kid.

According to ZKKfans, Mihawk is Shanks's ''rival'' and is stronger than him due to WGS title (which is delusion) so why Shanks doesn't give a shit about Mihawk's Cross Guild where Crocodile and Buggy exists also, and still is worried about BB pirates?

Not even mention, according to fake news, Buggy got stronger than Mihawk and become his boss, and that would make it like Buggy > Mihawk > Shanks according to ZKKboys and yet Shanks doesn't give a shit about them.

Is this chapter confirmed BB > Mihawk.

Cross Guild and RHP don't really have conflicting interests.

It's more likely Mihawk aids Shanks in a war than fights him. They are friendly rivals, drinking buddies, share a birthday, 1 cm diff, 2 years diff. Shanks is one of the series most extroverted, Mihawk one of the series most introverted. Basically equals in everything until Shanks lost one arm. Mihawk doesn't give a toss about One Piece and just wants to live free as he wants.

Buggy is Shanks greatest childhood friend. Shanks knows him and will just throw some treasure his way. I'm a fan of Buggy becoming a true power house with his awakened fruit. He is very experienced, rather cunning, has great charisma, good connections, prime age, great DF. All that separates him from Shanks and Mihawk is courage. But he is also short tempered and he has the most luck in the series. So if someone irks him the wrong way he might accidentally tap into incredible power like nuclear fission becoming a bombastic clown for real. Buggy doesn't want One Piece per se, he wants gold and treasure.

Croc is probably neutral in all this but he does respect smart people, like business partners (if Shanks indeed is head of the underworld) and understands not to f*ck with certain people (Magellan, Blackbeard). Crocodile doesn't want One Piece per se, he wants power and influence.

BB on the other hand is unpredictable and will one day come for Shanks because he wants no threats as he rules the world in chaotic fashion.
