My position is Wano arc is 3 Acts.

Not having Kaido defeated during the Night of the Fire Festival and before the 'dawn' is anti-climatic.

The Alliance can't lose outright otherwise the people of Wano are f*cked and they won't be able to regroup and fight at this scale again as they'll be dead, imprisoned and overall too weak to fight back again.

For a plot point of view, it makes more sense to transition to the outside world events after Kaido is defeated and we can get the reaction of others as news spreads.

Act 3 can end while the SN are in a bad spot, with Kaido/BM looking dominant.
The interlude can just take us back in time so we can recap events.
Then, once the interlude is over, we can resume the fight with Act 4.

Yeah it will take away from Luffy's achievement if Shanks fights Kaido.

Shanks being there make the whole fight pointless

right now we don't know how they gonna win or even if they gonna win or not
but with Shanks there ... we know 100% that alliance would win

that would take a away a lot of fun
I doubt if Oda would do this

We will see , there's 2 chapters left til half of this prediction is right or wrong ... I think it will end and we will start the Shanks' section of the story
