Current Events Shankstard (I guess) massive L

#45
So it's being a while that Shankstards, or at least I believe it is them but could be any other tard, have being claim Shanks as Tenryuubito and the reason why Gorosei accepted a meeting with him. Like he having a pass to do whatever he wants because of it.

First of all that claim should have being already debunked when Doflamingo backstory came up. Doflaming a proved Tenryuubito didn't had any special treatments of WG. There is the narrative of he using CP-0 for his personal purpose but at the end he was treated like any pirate once defeated and all his crimes revealed at Dressrosa. He was arrested and took to Impel Down. So it doesn't matter if you are Tenryuubito or if you know Tenryuubitos secret etc. He was just a pirate at the end.

And same thing with Shanks. In fact this last chapter 1086 we just had another proof of it.

Even a Tenryuubito that doesn't make a living as pirate was killed by the simple fact of backing up Fishmen. Imagine what they would do with Shanks if they could (that means if he wasn't a freakingly strong Yonko) that stole the Nika DF they were so concerned about it.

Well that's it. Shanks didn't met Gorosei because he is a Tenryuubito. He can be a Tenryuubito. But Doflamingo isn't meeting with Gorosei and he is confirmed to be one. Shanks met with Gorosei because of his positon as Yonko.
There's a massive issue with your theory: DonQuixote family rejected their tittle and benefits.
It can be argued that Mjosgard was considered the same by the other celestial dragons since he refused to take slaves and protected fishmen. For it for him to be killed by others would be just a small step.
The same can't be said about Shanks.

We've Just seen a DC being executed, so I think one could be a criminal but also a DC.
Depends of what criminal you are saying. Like I said in some comments Tenryuubitos have law for themselves. That Tenryuubito was JUDGED and SENTENCED to death. He could do things that are considered criminal to not Tenryuubito and nothing would happen to him as we saw Tenryuubito doing.

Doubt it.
BB wants to straight up being part of the WG and we haven't seen even a sniff of a call between him and the Gorosei, let alone a meeting. Same for Kaido, who meddled with the Cp-0 via Orochi.

But we have Sengoku "just because of you" to demonstrate that Shansk is another thing.
It was kind of a joke like Luffy will probable enter that room but to destroyed everything and beat everyone's ass.

I didn't added at thread that Mjosgard was JUDGED and SENTENCED. So no he died as Tenryuubito but they have laws that work for them.

And no Shanks is not Tenryuubito, like he can be a son of one but he doesn't have the title since he has a Bounty over his head and pretty much he would be called to comeback to Mariejoie if that was the case and if that invitation happened he clearly declined so he doesn't have Tenryuubito status. No Tenryuubito has a bounty for his head... YET! Cross Guild will probably handle this.

It's his daddy swinging the sword. He 100% has special treatment. Maybe even begged the WG for the Yonko status and Islands
What about the weakest fleet of Yonkos(or just the weakest fleet of all)? He requested that too?

The fact that he was judge and sentenced does not prove anything. You are arguing that the Holy Knights only judge CDs but it may well be that the guy was judged as a normal person for attacking a CD. We can see that attacking a CD and allowing slave to escape was not considered to be a big deal before (they had similar status and no CD acted as if he broke some huge taboo just that he acted weird for his status). The evidence seem to support that he was judged as a civilian and considered unworthy of the tittle. It would even justify the last comment on panel.

No dude. That is totally headcannon of yours and mental gymnastic when manga panels are very clear about it.

"A man who can even judge the Celestial Dragons?!"

You should have read the original post. I never said that he wasn't a celestial dragon anymore. What I said is that he was not considered as one by others because of his actions and was TREATED as a commoner would. The words of Figarland was even ''anyone who protects scum is lower than the scum they protect!!'' clearly implying that he was judged as a commoner and not CD.

The panel is clear he was judged as a Celestial Dragon as Garling is a man who can even judge The Celestial Dragons. You are just being stupid arguing about that.
