Zoro needs to have his observation haki boosted before he fights Mihawk. “Hawk-Eyes” Mihawk and his rival Shanks clearly have the very pinnacle of observation haki.

It doesn’t make sense for Zoro to have two fights where the power up is observation haki.

He won't ever fight Mihawk again. And Oda is usually giving those haki boosts along the fight not before it.

I'm betting on Shiryuu fighting Sanji. Not sure if anyone will ever fight Kizaru other than Teach.
