This is what Rayleigh achieved multiple times but at the same time he was also an expert CoC user, the cuffs were not made of seastone IIRCs? Or maybe yes. But third point he wasn't being weakened by them since he was no DF user.

I have the answer. Simple than you all thought and probably any of you will like it.

Oda is inconsistent with his story and the elements he introduces. Period.

What is the point of Kairoseki and Sea Water again? Because Luffy is using everything, haki and DF powers while in touch with any of them. Okay now I'm not sure if he used DF powers while in touch with Kairoseki but he did underwater..

so then yamato not being able to take off the cuffs despite having haki is suspect
....
i mean what do you think
that she doesnt have adv coc which is why she cant take off the cuffs?
I think anyone with "advanced" CoC should be able to break some cuffs, regardless of whether they have Luffy's advanced CoA. Whatever Yamato has is some lower/rough version of what Luffy, and I don't consider it "advanced".

If Zoro was able to scar Kaido with CoC, you should be able to break some cuffs. He didn't have the internal Haki Luffy had. So to say adCoC has 0 penetrating effect by itself without internal destruction haki is wrong.
