Speculations Should Oda add “the Zodiacs” as strong Vice Admirals?

#21
I think Luffy and Zoro will vs Akainu and Fujitora respectively, but I doubt Cook will vs an Admiral, especially with the Revos around and glory hogs like Kidd and Killer obviously not just sitting out of the chance to boost their names.

With the amount of similarities Cook and Chaton share, I doubt we miss out on Cook vs Chaton. Also, Cook not getting Adv. CoC + Adv. CoA is suicidal vs top tiers like the Admirals, whereas an Admiral candidate like Chaton is a believable foe he could defeat. Yamato is likely to vs Momousagi, too.
Think Zoro and Sanji clashing with Fuji and Ryo is the most obvious, both duos are a serious swodsman and a woman-lover, but dont believe in serious fights between them. The admirals have some indications that they will not be on WG until the end. Not even Luffy vs Akainu probably will be Luffy main fight, with Sabo fighting Akainu being very likely.

Doubt that those random VA will have any more revelevance in the story than the gifters have in onigashima.

And of course this ideia of Luffy fighting the Fleet admiral, Zoro fighting a admiral and Sanji fighting a random SBS characters make no sense with anyone who have read at last one Arc of the manga, its clear that Oda take the top 3 guys from the villan group and make the monster trio fight them, its just basic Oda writing, dont understand why u guys fight soo much against it lol.

And there's also Kizaru, who i think will be used as hypetool for a certain darkness villain.

Chaton is an actual character, not a SBS one, though.

Dunno about Kizaru, but if you think it's Sabo, instead of Luffy who will defeat Akainu, I have to respectfully inform you that I am 100% unwilling to entertain that notion and any further mention of it will just tease me to ridicule it endlessly, so let's stick to talking about Cook here.

Why not Cook vs Chaton? Both have more similarities and counterpart one another even more so than Cook and Ryokugyu.

Their similarities for example:

- Both are influenced by elements of the French language, Cook in the name of his attacks and Chaton in his nickname;

- Both are womanizer-wannabes and have consistently targeted one woman unsuccessfully (Cook with Nami, Chaton with Momousagi);

- Both are not intimidated by Big Mom and Kaido alliance;

- Both are familiar with a member of the Monkey D. family: Cook with Luffy, Chaton with Garp;

- Both smoke;

- Both are familiar with members of specific (and feared) groups: Cook with the Worst Generation, Chaton with the Admirals.

Now, how they counterpart each other:

- Cook looks like a typical western man, Chaton looks like a typical oriental man;

- Cook is obviously a young man, Chaton is a middle-aged man;

- Cook and Zoro dislike but tolerate each other, while Chaton and Fujitora are best friends.

I mean, with proper PUs, Cook vs Greenbull is an okay-ish match-up, too, but I just don't think the SHs will literally defeat nearly ALL of the Admirals when the SNs and the Revos are still around. Besides, what exactly is wrong with Cook vs an Admiral candidate, anyway?

Chaton is a background character who will be lucky to get a single feat in the manga. He wasn’t even stated to be a former Admiral candidate in his intro
The Marines' arc is not even here yet, of course he is a background character for now. :seriously:

Chaton isn’t gonna do anything dude.

Bro the only reason Chaton exists is because some fan sent a design of him and Oda liked the design enough to make it canon. Why do you expect Chaton to be important?
Didn't I already say okay? :seriously:

Oda will probably give us strong CP0 agents instead. People have been hyping Lucci quite a bit. :sanmoji:
Cook vs Strongest CP0 member is not a bad deal for him, tbh. Whoever that is got to be stronger than all YC1s while still decidedly below the Admirals.

It's realistic, too, since Cook is predicted to help Robin escape CP0 in the near future and that for sure will put him in CP0's most wanted list.
