I already know. He ruined it when he favored Nami and made things oh so convenient for her, it's so contrived.
Usopp is fearful and scared for dumb ass reasons. It makes no fucking sense for a guy his age to be like that. What is he 10? That's even giving 10 year olds a bad name.
Chopper is excusable for that but his PTS design and everything is utter garbage.
Luffy imo should have been a lot more engaging as a Pirate Captain, it really feels like he's just playing Pirates like it's a kid game.

You know I was Nami's fan before Wano arc, while right now he ruined this character too. To made character " strong" without this character doing anything except flashing her genitals is not "faving".
Zeus is a most laziest power up that happened in manga history ever. I had big broblems with that in WCI, so in Wano it has been at least be explaned or fixed. While it's not. It has no sence for Nami controlling the souls. There was never explantion and i didn't see even chance for that in future. This writing is like D and D writing, who thinks that readers are dumb ass fuc*. And actually when I see post where people state that Wano is not a trash, I believe it could be truth, that some readers are idiots.

No. If the flying 6 have haki but didn't use it then I'll expect the same of blackbeards crew.

+ somebody is going to do majority of the work against nami's final "fight" and zeus, not nami, Zeus will come in and deal the final blow.

Not sure what Oda is doing but if Usopp couldn't bother to learn more about his CoO in the week he stayed at Wano. You could say Usopp was a lost cause when he didn't do anything to grow stronger. However Elbaf might change that when it should be a focal point to Usopp as a character.
For me I wanted Usopp's Kuro Kabuto to eat a smile DF because its a carnivorous plant that like to eat things and it randomly devour a smile DF inside the rumble against against Page one. I would make the smile DF be a rhinoceros bettle, with it have Usopp be able to to fly and boast the attack power of Usopp's attacks.

Nami is a glass cannon and fighting up close is not her forte. So the more attack power she can get and stay from afar the better.

Chopper upgraded his Monster point to being 30 mins which is enough IMO. Chopper using it unlimited will be the next benchmark down the seas.

Usopp and Nami and Chopper are not even veteran level which is a bare min if you want to be relevant to match ups or have a satisfying win. They are like 10 mil bounty Buggy level at best

As I said before, manga artists in general are not necessarily good authors like those who write western novels, because that's not what they're supposed to do to bring in money; they are subpar and in the case of long running series like Naruto, Bleach, Fairy tail etc.... they are absolutely shit-tier

We seen usopp regress. Man's went from being semi competent to being worthless and no confidence.

All of the sh have been stagnant compared to luffy so yes I think they should've came out the gate a little stronger than they currently are.

No joke, you'd make a much better author than Oda definitely. That's why light novels are better than manga almost every time because it is totally dependent on the author's writing skills otherwise their stories will never see the light of the day

Post timeskip usopp is one of the worst things oda has done.
And generally the way he uses usopps sniper postion is terrible. His dmg output is 0.

Usopps goal is to be a brave warrior yet oda confused himself and decided the end game needs to be being strong.
Imo its stupid af and a character arc where usopps talent shines but his cowardness is holding him back and THATS what he has to overcome wouldve been way better
