Powers & Abilities Should Usopp have learned some Ninja Evasion Arts during Wano?

I can't be the only one that thinks Ninja Arts and evasion techniques would suit Usopp really well. The Ninjas in One Piece aren't like in Naruto with over Powered Ninjustus, but rather are more about hit and run attacks, dodging, and setting traps. Which would be perfect for Usopp.

Ninjas are also often associated with Earth and Pants something Usopp is associated with after the Timeskip, and it would be a great way to show growth without changing his personality. Making him focus on Dodging attacks and attacking at the right moments instead of running away.

Plus it would be a great way to incorporate his CoO, learning about it, then through training by dodging attacks to be able to use it.

But I think Oda doesn't want to go beyond what he already did. I think his goals were:
-Make a joke fight. Done.
-Tribute to Naruto. Done.
That's why Raizo's fight was mostly offpanel and it finished like that. And overall ninja stuff was more like comedy and not too much explicit. Because this is One Piece after all, not Naruto.

But maybe we'll see him using it

Lolda dropping every plotline not related to Luffy and Momoron was fucking mind-boggling, holy shit.

Seriously, he got away with that simply because of his reputation. No way less influential Mangakas would have survived.
