The name Shamrock is goofy and is one sign that he’s not a top tier. If it was a royalty name then he’s the real deal.
He looks way too clean and well dressed to be a “commander”. All the others at that position (VC and YC) have rough appearance. The Elders who were likely GK’s all have scars.
He has that douche “daddy untouchable protection privilege” vibe and have no auras. Likely has some insecurity and jealousy issues over Shanks being a top tier and a free pirate.
Gunko was interrogating chained up Loki while Shamrock was watching from the side. It’s as if he doesn’t want to stain his hands like Saint Charlos which is probably why he looks clean.
Not releasing Loki to humble him after being told that he can’t move also showed why he’s a fraud. It will be just another easy fight for Zoro as usual…
