"going soft" not already soft.

Sanji used armament haki to stop BM attack towards Reiju. He is using armament haki now to defend from Black Maria's punches. That is why is getting soft, because it is running out so as Luffy G4. But Luffy's get instantly soft while his is getting slowly soft.

Also, Zoro is not the same leve of Killer. He is above Luffy.
