Only Zoro knows about Sanji possibly losing his mind since he called him to tell him. Maybe Chopper knows about the Exoskeleton but no one knows about Ifrit.
Nobody knows Zoro has CoC now.

Whether he can or cannot is secondary.
Kaidou got SMILEs in exchange for Weapons by brokering through Doflamingo, Dressrosa was where the factory was, remember?
Doflamingo had a product with him & Kaidou was his biggest buyer.
Him being a Shichibukai & showing Caesar as his subordinate was what got him freedom to operate in Punk Hazard in the first place.

With DD removed from the picture, yes it was ofcourse impossible to produce more SMILEs.
As he said in his Throne Wars speech, he singlehandedly held the reigns to the Monsters of the New World.

Just like the thing with the giants. Germa having clones is not a secret to the WG. What's stopping the WG from just taking over Germa, getting their tech and cloning the giants? Instead of wasting billions for giantification experiments which don't work anyway.

Also the SHs should get a DF book. I hope they still will this arc.

This is one of the most absurd things about One Piece. Zoro came back with no eye and no one to ask what happened. In the beginning, the anime used filler when they sailed from one island to another, I don't know how things are today because I abandoned the anime a long time ago, anyway it was filler and it wasn't worth much.
