As far as we know that isn't the case. There's no official timeline for the grandline events, only a couple of months have passed post ts and they don't talk to one another offscreen

They basically don't even have small talks, just hang around in their own comfort zone on the ship, and only been with each other for a few months both Pre and Post Timeskip combined yet they would all die for each other and abandon their goals for Luffy

The crew seems ridiculously hyper respectful of each other's privacy.
You'd expect them to talk about this stuff a little, but, instead, we get gags. It's weird, because it does make the crew feel somewhat disconnected from each other.

I doubt they know about each other’s new power ups. They’ll comment on it when and if they see it in action. Maybe Zoro did ask Luffy about CoC offscreen but I doubt it

No different from how Chopper & Brook were surprised at Sabaody to see Zoro make 6 arms/3 heads as he used Ashura.

I swear the shit makes no sense. I understand oda sees this as a gag manga most times but holy shit why dont we compare notes? What kind of team work can there be if they have no clue what one another can do?
They dont strategize, they dont teach each other, they dont do shit but goof off.

It seems like the Straw Hats don’t talk to each other about anything unless Oda shows that they’re talking, which is annoying. Why wouldn’t Luffy talk about his new form or Sanji his new abilities?
