Now that i think about it, cipher pol can get to wano an isolated country and yonkou territory, but cant get info about nico robin working with mr 0, or perhaps they know but didnt tell marine as smoker look surprise when he saw nico robin with mr 0...

Which is strange, chiper pol should capture nico robin on sight just like water seven
