General & Others Skypiea in the manga is soooooooo good

I think the anime really doesn’t make justice to how good this arc actually is. I’m going through my first manga read run (chap. 266) and I realized how good this arc is. The first encounter with Blackbeard, luffy and zoro’s fight in mock town and also how they realize the multiple personalities on Blackbeard and the whole and lore and mythology surrounding Skypiea it’s amazing (and I would said the most important arc in foreshadowing terms https://vlc.onl/ ).

If you are first watching the anime i recommend you to read the arc instead or at least read it after watching it, it’s 1000 times better.

Skypeia is overrated. I never read it, and on my anime watch I wasn’t paying attention at all until Eneru showed up to blast fools. I was struggling to even continue this series thats how boring it was.

I couldn’t tell you a thing lore wise about that arc and I am just fine. Practically skipped it and I have missed nothing important.

Yes I can, from the bits and pieces I’ve seen plus the anime special.

I conclude that Skypeia is overrated like it’s always been historically.

Nika bandwagon starting making people pretend Skypeia was peak foreshadowing and storytelling lmfaoooo
No, u can't. U need to read, watch ecc something and after u can judge. It's called common sense and logic. U can't judge a book if u didn't read it before. U can't judge a movie if u only watched 20 minutes of it.

Nika is not important here. Is clearly a recent retcon. Skypea has top moments, the most well written is the flashback of Calgara and Noland, 10/10, one of the peaks of the manga.

The flashbacks were the worst part.

You've missed allot of important stuff.

Your opinion is terrible. Please try to understand why.

Most important arc till this day, skypeia set the tone for the series and also gave us a taste of how immense OP world is on top of showing stuff that still hasnt been relevant yet.
