Mihawk also said in his head when Luffy was approaching “Sorry Shanks but I dont hold back” so apparently Mihawk was serious about Luffy too. But Being serious isnt the same as going all out

those Slashes in the panel you sent were casual attacks same as the attack that cut through the iceberg. Those are all “Casual” but that doesnt mean they are the same strength. We have not seen a non-casual attack from Mihawk in the series yet.
