Gorosei had five unique transformations (giants are generic devils)
Gorosei look to have the usual Zoan transformations of human, hybrid, animal (are the giants all meant to be in hybrid of the same animal?)
Gorosei have the cloud awakening ribbon thing

Against that is that the DFs weren’t named and they got the box just saying what animal it was.

And it does seem different to the HKs, who just have ordinary looking DFs (bar Shamrock’s sword).

Imu’s made contracts with all of them, but it looks to be different kinds of contracts.

Imho the contract could also depend on one's Haki, maybe the Gorosei just have that good haki and they took the deal lifespan for immortality but because their haki is so strong they still maintain the free will + their original powers while Dory / Brogy / The giants get completelly overwhelmed by Imu's haki and he completely takes over
