Ussop will get Conq Haki same as Luffy got it from Joyboy's DF also the basic haki because its not to impossible to tamed and keep controll like enma even chopper will able to become joyboy if he eats gomu

If the fruit is what gives you access to Joy Boy, then I doubt anybody can awaken it. Luffy is literally a joy boy and Shanks put his faith on him because he reminded him of Roger, it's obvious this won't be as simple as eating the Gomu Gomu.
