Not a chance in hell. I don't think anyone outside of Loki and possibly Harald would be fit to wield Ragnir. It's probably looking for someone with otherworldly raw power.

Don't think it's raw power. Similar to how nika chose 5 yr old Luffy, it's choosing for potential, not current strength. Loki and Luffy are reincarnations of war god and nika

I don't think he beat Ragnir, he passed Ragnir's test. Ragnir saw Loki was fit to wield him.

If Loki wasn't fit to wield him he would use all of his abilities to stop him and not just give up so soon. We didn't see it try to even freeze Loki. After trading blows with Loki he deemed Loki worthy, that's all. I doubt he would deem most top tiers if any worthy so it's still good for Loki.

Tbf it's same thing as Kaido vs oden in flashback. Kaido didn't used hybrid or FS or flaming bagua but by portrayal at that time oden was considered stronger one.
