So the drawbacks of gear 4 and gear 5 are disappearing after each on panel usage. Maybe gear 4 will be the new gear2 and he will go into it and out of it at will with no big drawbacks .Same for gear 5

No dude. This is simply Oda inconsistency. Gear 4 and 5 will ALWAYS have drawback because they DEPLET either HAKI or DEVIL FRUIT which Nika can only expend as much his stamina allows.
