Zoro met something that wasn't a mere illusion. Instead of an ordinary scene of him passing out, we saw a grim reaper appear with no given explanation, and then it cut away. We'll most likely visit this moment again. From Wano, we learned that swords have unique personalities, choose their wielders, and even have souls. They may also contain the presence of former wielders. Now how does a grim reaper tie into all of this?

Usopp seeing Klabautermann might be a similar experience. Klabautermann dwells in ships that are well cared for, so maybe this grim reaper dwells in Zoro's blades. Maybe it has to do with awakening his blades.

Interestingly, both Luffy and Sanji had warrior-titled chapters in Wano that were related to their latent awakenings. Chapter 1031 was "Warrior of Science," and Chapter 1044 was "Warrior of Liberation." But oddly, Zoro didn't have one. Now we are in Elbaph, the Warland Kingdom. It's the perfect time and place for Zoro to get a warrior-titled chapter. Perhaps his chapter will be called "Warrior of Soul." We know from Monsters that Ryuma had a great warrior soul.
