So since it’s confirmed that Tenguyama is Sukiyaki and he forged the Kitetsu III while his ancestor forged the Kitetsu II.

Does this mean that Gandhi gorosei could be connected to the Kozuki family since he Carries the sandai Kitetsu?

You can't tell where Oda's even trying to go these days. But Gandhi shouldn't have a strong connection to Wano because the gorosei come off as extremely clueless about the country
