Powers & Abilities So what was Judge's plan for Sanji?

I see people say Stealth blacks ability was so Sanji could be invisible cause judge didn’t wanna look at him, the raid suits existed long before current generation of Germa and before Sanji was born.
There’s a TV show about them that aired when Law (26) was a child and I doubt it was about a bunch of 2 year olds fighting...
Anyways the genetic abilities always seem to compliment the main ability. I have the feeling it would be an incapability of perception. Think Kuroko of Kurokos Basketball. Sanji was seemingly supposed to be the assassin of the group (judge probably trained him in swords for that reason) and invisibility only goes so far if you can’t be silent and imperceptible at the same time.
Diable Jambe doesn’t seem to be his genetic thing because he learned it through friction and still uses friction to activate it.
So if I were to put money on a mutation that he would’ve gotten it’d be the incapability to be perceived through haki

Raid Suit is a separate thing. Maybe Judge created it because he knew he's a weakling without his power awakened like his brothers and you know invisibilty would grant him the advantage on the battlefield missions for Germa.
There is also a possibility Judge noticed which DF's Sanjo admired the most. Not to say that Judge have love for Sanji deep down inside but he might caught him up slacking off from the training and found the book he was reading with the Clear Clear fruit page opened and thought it can be a nice Raid Suit power.

Stealth Blacks abilities were explained by Law because he read a comic book when he was a child in the north blue. Sanji and his family wasn’t given Raid Suits at the time that comic book would be in publication since Laws 8 years older than them.
Big Mom wanted Germa for the army and the cloning abilities. If she wanted the raid suits, because judge knew how to make them, why would her plan involve the assassination of Judge?

To be honest the whole comic strip and all is a bit strange how the raid suits are fitting the powers.
And Judge has given exactly the genetics powers to them based on the comic and raid suit is boosting their powers and add something.
So why should DJ be for Sanji it the comic suit isn't suiting the power
